Instagram is working on experimenting with many interesting new developments for its famous social network, according to the findings of The Next Web. The first concerns the arrival of a Beta client dedicated to iOS, which joins the one already present in Android. The images you see in this article, made by TNW, all come from this new version of the application, which does not yet offer native iPad support.
New features include adding a repost key that should replicate what third-party applications like Regram do, so you can quickly share the content that appears on our timeline. You can also save Stories for longer than 24 hours in your own personal archive and share them with a Closest Friends list. Interestingly, people added to this list will not receive any notification, at least until at least one content is shared.
Other improvements prepared by Instagram
It also appears that Instagram is considering introducing a fast sharing key to publish a message to WhatsApp, another of the applications in the Facebook controlled services group. GIFs also arrive, with the possibility of using an integrated search engine and adding them to the Stories, since the function that allows following the Hashtag seems confirmed. Finally, it seems that there will be the possibility to fix the threads live and a curious Add Coffee button has been seen, whose purpose still seems mysterious.
At the moment it is not possible to know when and which of these features will be introduced in the next stable versions of Instagram, but the fact that the development team is working on them gives hope for its arrival.
